Your Kickstarter information

TBF Coaching, operated by Theodore Bresser (ABN 19 219 093 770), collects your first name, email, chosen general fitness focus, optional coaching interest and adult declaration when you expressly sign up for the Kickstarter guide and email series. The button requests the guide and workbook plus six follow-up emails over approximately two weeks with practical tips and information about TBF coaching. The guide and series begin only after you confirm your email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe option; you keep access to the guide you have received if you stop the series. We record the signup-offer/notice version and wording fingerprint, your request and confirmation times, and delivery, withdrawal and suppression status. Cloudflare stores these records; Resend delivers emails and manages suppression; a private Google Sheet receives basic lead and status reporting. These providers may process data outside Australia. Earlier guide-only requests, refusals and unsubscribes remain unchanged. No health history, body measurements, coaching password, client approval or payment is collected here. Meta ad measurement remains a separate optional choice. Contact theobresserfitness@gmail.com about access, correction, withdrawal or deletion. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours; never-confirmed requests are reviewed after 30 days for cleanup, not automatically deleted.

We also keep a general campaign/ad code, when present in the link, with your request for private campaign reporting. This is a URL label, not proof that Meta attributed a conversion. We do not retain raw advertising click IDs or send your signup details to Meta through this reporting connection.

Optional completed-resource measurement

Optional ad measurement is separate from your guide and email choices. If you allow it here, Meta receives one CompleteRegistration event meaning that you confirmed a free educational resource request, a generic confirmation-page URL, an opaque event ID, IP/browser/device/network information and may set or use measurement cookies. We send no name, email address, fitness focus, coaching interest, health answers, application, payment or client-access status. Declining does not affect guide delivery. Stopping cannot recall an event already received. This choice is not remembered between visits.

Your choices

The clearly labelled signup button requests the guide, workbook and six-email follow-up series, including practical tips and TBF coaching offers. It also records your adult declaration. Nothing starts until email confirmation. You can unsubscribe at any time and keep the guide you have received. Earlier guide-only requests, refusals, withdrawals and suppression records remain unchanged. Ad measurement remains a separate optional choice. A signup does not create coaching access or take payment.

Storage and requests

Cloudflare, Resend and Google process the lead and operational records described above. We do not place intake answers or private workbook notes in this funnel. Contact theobresserfitness@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or to raise a privacy concern. A deletion request may retain the minimum suppression evidence needed to honour an opt-out and any records legally required to be kept.

Optional ad measurement

Optional ad measurement is separate from requesting your guide and choosing emails. If you allow it, Meta receives one PageView for this generic page, an opaque event ID, IP/browser information and may use measurement cookies. We send no name, email, chosen fitness focus, coaching interest, application, health answers, price or payment. You can continue without it or stop further measurement on this page. Stopping does not recall an event already received by Meta. This page asks again on your next visit.

Read the TBF privacy policy for further information. This notice covers the free-resource funnel; coaching intake has its own consent process.
